Dr. Yashwant Chaudhri
Dr. Yashwant Chaudhri is a highly respected psychiatrist serving the greater San Diego area, with over 38 years of experience in the medical field. A recognized leader in West Coast psychiatry, he holds multiple clinical affiliations and has earned numerous accolades for his expertise and commitment to patient care.
Dr. Chaudhri is currently welcoming new TMS patients at his Eastlake Chula Vista, Santee, and Oceanside locations. He is among a select group of providers in San Diego offering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for individuals struggling with major depressive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Dr. Ruchira Densert
Dr. Ruchira Densert is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 23 years of clinical experience and specialized training in advanced psychiatric care. She provides evidence-based, personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Her services include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), nasal esketamine (SPRAVATO®) for depression, and comprehensive medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Densert is dedicated to achieving optimal, meaningful, and lasting outcomes by understanding each person’s unique story and treating the whole individual, not just the symptoms. She collaborates closely with her patients to create personalized care plans that address root causes and often incorporates nutritional counseling, lifestyle changes, mindfulness, stress management, improved sleep, and regular exercise.
Cindy Chapari, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy to help individuals achieve emotional balance and improved quality of life.
I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and schizophrenia-spectrum disorders. My approach emphasizes empathy, education, and collaboration to empower each patient on their journey toward wellness.

Ana “Annie” Vizcarra, LMFT #151432
Annie Vizcarra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience providing mental health care across hospital and community settings. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
Annie has dedicated more than 13 years to psychiatric care, serving as a clinician, social work lead, and director of social services. She has provided treatment for adults experiencing severe mental illness and has developed a strong forensic clinical background through her work with justice-involved individuals in community-based and court-mandated programs.
In addition to her hospital and forensic work, Annie has extensive experience in outpatient community mental health and currently maintains a private practice supporting adults seeking structured, evidence-based therapy. Her clinical focus includes anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma-related conditions, and challenges related to major life transitions and relationship difficulties. She values collaborative, integrated care and works closely with medical providers and psychiatry to support comprehensive treatment.
Annie is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to providing culturally responsive, accessible, and patient-centered mental health care.
